🌎 International Shipping
At this time, The Nua Society does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship only within Australia. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future — stay tuned!

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over 150 AUD within Australia.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your order.

Return Policy

At The Nua Society, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack your return in its original packaging.
  3. Ship It Back: Send your package to the return address provided. Please include your order number for quick processing.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and verified.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Store Credit & Gift Returns

  • If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we can issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
