Return Policy
At The Nua Society, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
 - Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
 - Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 - Pack Your Items: Securely pack your return in its original packaging.
 - Ship It Back: Send your package to the return address provided. Please include your order number for quick processing.
 - 
Receive Your Refund or Exchange:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
 - Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and verified.
 
 
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost.
 - For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 5 business days for inspection and refund processing.
 - Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
 
Store Credit & Gift Returns
- If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, we can issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
