How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, Afterpay, and other secure online payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

 How long will it take to receive my order?
 Delivery times vary based on your location:

 Standard Shipping: 03–05 days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 What is your return policy?
 Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized, custom, or final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I process an exchange?
For exchanges, please return your item in its original condition and place a new order for your preferred product. This ensures you receive your desired item quickly.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
